CHOCOLATE DESERT

For biscuit dough it is necessary:
350g Oreo biscuits
100g butter

It is necessary for the filling:
500ml sweet sour cream,
60 g of chocolate whipped cream,
150 g of powdered sugar,
200 g cooking chocolate
1 bag of gelatin.

Glaze:
200g cooking chocolate,
150ml sweet sour cream.

Preparation of biscuit dough:
Grind the oreo biscuit and mix it with the melted butter. Smooth the mass well and stretch a thin crust in the mold.

Preparing the filling:
Whip the whipped cream according to the instructions on the bag. Whip the sweet sour cream firmly, adding powdered sugar. Melt the chocolate in a steamer, cool it, then add it to the whipped sweet cream. Add the previously whipped cream, then mix everything with a mixer. Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions from the bag, then add it to the whipped cream. Once again, mix everything well with a mixer. Pour the combined filling into the mold over the biscuit crust. Leave in the fridge to cool the cake well.
