FRIED PEAS AND CARROT BURGERS

For this meal you need:
500g peas,
2 carrots,
3 eggs,
1 head of finely chopped onion,
50g flour,
50g pretzels,
add salt as you wish,
dry spices as desired (primrose, sesame, cumin…) and
olive oil for breading.

Preparation:
Peas and peas carrots. Drain and cool the cooked vegetables. Grate the carrot or chop it into small cubes. Combine chilled vegetables with other ingredients. Mix the ingredients well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Make burgers from the mixture and fry. Place the finished burgers on a serving plate, decorate as desired and serve.
